I have no words. I’m disgusted.
So that’s why we have billionaires….to spend big on rocket ships and playing golf in the space. While millions lack basic food, clothing, or shelter.
I firmly believe that there should be a limit to the maximum wealth that a single individual can accumulate in his/her life. Excessive private wealth could easily translate into political power.
This is already happening, if you haven’t realized it yet it’s time you wake up.
It would be funny if capitalism wasn’t so unfair.
On top of it, nobody cares about the CO2 impact of such a journey to the space.
One day maybe they’ll impose to normal people (like me) to limit their number of flights/km or pay an extra amount of money to be able to travel (according to your CO2 footprint), or maybe I must drive an electric car? Maybe limit my home KW/h electric consumption? And who knows what else…
In the meantime, billionaires, heads of state and representatives of international institutions (private and governative) are flying on their private jet or having a trip to the moon.
I’ve got few words, but I don’t want to be too vulgar.
